I assume fast travelling away and back as well as saving/quitting/reloading hasn't helped? Maybe roam the nearby area as well to make sure one isn't hiding or stuck if so I guess? Major bummer regardless. Wish stuff like that never happened.

Not really haha. It's as easy or imo anyway as I explained it in the video. You press scrap and then not immediately, but pretty quickly after that, you press/hold store. If you're mainly getting the store menu popping up only than you're pressing/holding it too quickly after pressing scrap. If you're mainly getting the scrap menu popping up only than you're not pressing/holding store fast enough after pressing scrap.

Works on all systems just fine. If you mean he does that when you command him to get the item, you’re 100% sure you’re correctly commanding him to get the item before it ends up in storage, and it happens literally every time, than it sounds like he’s just bugged on your save.

They stack. You may have to drop the stack on the conveyor rather than using the hopper though since the latter may spit them out 1 by 1 instead.

Try holding them both down with different fingers and releasing them at the same time. That's what I have preferred and had work better for me more recently.

I can delete and rename the weapon but it won't save. Sorry for not clarifying.

Tried to rename multiple weapons including a bat. The names just revert to the default name. I tried with an external controller as well.

I have multiple recently posted glitches on my channel that are all working on the most recent update as well as that could be of help to you. Most do not require DLC. The infinite caps glitch would likely be your best bet to be able to stock up on stimpaks among other things.

Just take that item out of your inventory and try again.

If the weapon has a star like legendary / unique weapons do than you can't scrap them and take any mods from them to put on others. You can however mod things onto those weapons, yes.

@@DemonAsylum I know but I bought a non-legendary Pipe Grenade Launcher from Suggs' garage and tried to glitch that onto the other guns, but none of them shoot any grenades, same thing the rifles not shooting nails either

Assuming you have it set up correctly, I suppose so. Never had an issue myself from what I can remember. Was quite quick and seamless.

If you've taken this update, your version number will match whatever was listed for your system in the video from their patch notes. New quests and items came in the update before this one. The initial next gen update. This is the follow up to that which mainly provided some fixes for things their previous update caused. It also provided a couple of more options for the performance and quality modes given the first iteration of them either not working as intended or not being up to par.

Still works after the recent May 13th update and on all systems. Try a different weapon. Maybe even specifically what I did which is a bat from the baseball vendor in Diamond City Market.

If it’s connected to your settlement you’re doing the glitch, yes. It will use your resources if you have them available.

You mean as an alternative option? Yeah you could do shelves among some other things too.

Duping. They’re not needed for this glitch though as it doesn’t use resources, just the 1 mod you find/make.

You could do that anyway too if you like. Some people clear their inventories of anything they don't need for the glitch.

You just have to wait enough in game time for it to no longer say cleared. You can do so fastest by resting/waiting of course. Seems it can take up to 2 weeks in game time, but just keep an eye on the location as you go. Whenever it no longer says cleared, you're all set to go farm there.

If what you described with scrapping is happening, it's due to what the name of the weapon is. Try swapping what you name them to something longer and or more random. You can also clear your inventory of whatever it's going to instead. As for the mods, they all may not work the way you initially expect them to. For instance putting a missile launcher barrel on a gun and it not shooting missiles. Usually the mod needs to be one that provides something specific and different, even to the gun it's normally on. For instance the barrel on a plasma gun that provides incendiary damage. Something like that would carry over to another gun you glitch it to and apply the same way. Ultimately though you just gotta do trial and error to know what works and is worth it.

Mine is still showing wedding ring also. Changed the weapon to You're SPECIAL

Not at all. As you can clearly see from the first of the two glitches I showed, I went through the wall and kept my PA in the process. The second glitch I showed is the one that you wont be able to take your PA with you. I also specifically noted that being the case and in turn that the first glitch where you keep it is of course the more ideal of the two.

Yeah I've seen a few say when they went for a lengthier amount of time that a crash occurred when they tried to back out of the workbench. Too much of the same input over and over or XP in total for the game to load/register I guess lmao.

Unfortunately I don't think that's located anywhere that this glitch would allow you to get access to. I believe it's in a completely separate / faraway cell.

Understandable haha. It is actually in the game though. It just can't seem to be accessed without console commands (PC only). Mods may allow you to on console as well though I can't speak to that. Would be nice to just have a portal or some shit like how you go to the institute except it takes you to the dev room lmao.

Sounds like you need to make both of the weapons named something more long/random. Alternatively you can try clearing your inventory of those other items appearing so that it can't jump to them rather than your weapon you want to mod.

I think someone else mentioned the same issue for that ammo in particular. Haven't messed with it myself so can't say whether it's actually just not possible for some reason or if it's an issue on the user end.
